What is Mapbender?
Mapbender is a development framework for geo portals.
Who develops the software?
Check the development team page. Each name has a link to the associated user's page.
Who operates the development environment?
Mapbender is an official project of the Open Source Geospatial Foundation. OSGeo also operates the SVN, Trac, Mailing Lists and takes care of Marketing related issues, appearances at conferences, etc.
