IRC meeting chair

The meeting chair is assigned at each IRC Meeting. Responsibilities include:

• moderate the meeting by
  • leading through the Meeting Agenda
  • encouraging discussion

The following tasks may be delegated:

• clear the wiki site Meeting Agenda after the meeting
• add a link to the wiki site Meeting Archive
• send this link to the IRC log file to the Mapbender dev and user list (optional: include a summary)
