Isolation of translatable content

Scenario Mapbender < 2.4.4

The title of a module with an img tag was stored in e_attributes. This is hard to translate.

Scenario Mapbender >= 2.4.4

  • a new column e_title has been added to gui_element
  • the title of images now comes from this field
  • the headers of the vertical tabs now come from this field

(Probably needs to be done in other contexts as well)
