To List Administrators

Every now and then people end up in the filter because they did not subscribe to the list. You can copy this message to a mail telling them what to do about it. 

Hello,
you are not subscribed to this Mapbender Mailing List. Therefore 
a list administrator (somebody like me) has to approve or discard 
your mail manually. This is an additional job that you can help 
avoid by subscribing yourself to the Mapbender Mailing List.

Most people will answer to the Mailing List only, so that you will 
not receive any answers to your question unless you subscribe with 
your active mail address.

Ihre Email Adresse ist nicht in der Mapbender Mailing Liste 
registriert. Deshalb muss ein Listen-Verwalter (jemand wie ich) 
Ihre Email manuell freischalten oder löschen. Sie helfen uns diese 
zusätzliche Arbeit zu vermeiden, wenn Sie sich an der Mailing 
Liste registrieren:

Die meisten Benutzer antworten nur direkt an die Mailing Liste,
deshalb kann es sein, dass Sie keine Antworten erhalten, so lange
Sie sich nicht registriert haben.
