Forward Trac tickets to dev list

  1. New tickets in Trac are now owned by mapbender_dev@lists.osgeo.org (set in Trac administration interface).
  2. There is a new subscriber to the dev list, "info@osgeo.org", with "nomail" checkbox activated.
  3. In Mailman, the option "require explicit desctination" is set to "No", as Trac sends these mails as "Bcc"
