style improvements

  • involve Toni in this discussion
  • maybe we can add links to the left navigation area to link to the categories - then we won't need all the links on the mainpage (ask toni) User:Christoph Baudson: take a look at this: http://www.mono-project.com/Main_Page (I like the links at the top)
  • keep the main page simple and link to other pages (seconded by User:Christoph Baudson; I would like to have a handful of links at the top or left with the most important sections. I always get lost at the main page, there are too many unstructured links)
  • pimp the logo and change the wavy background style at the top
