It seems like all accessible WMS are checked. Should only be those owned by the currently logged user

Todo

  • enable automatic retrieval of new caps
  • store new caps
  • handle enconding (either by enconding or by storing unchanged as blob)
  • handle capabilities requests with missing or incorrectly placed ? or &
  • add new column with "last Capabilities URL". see also: UpdateWMS
Open questions
When updating use "Last requested URL" or whatever it says in "Capabilities Online Resource"?
