Mapbender Project Steering Committtee
The Mapbender PSC is the strategical decision body, it can decide to change policies, infrastructure and governance. It reports to the OSGeo board of directors who can veto decisions by the PSC if they do not allign with OSGeo's mission and principles.
Mapbender Contributing Members
Contributors are granted Wiki edit privileges and can change any page in the Wiki (except for protected pages with stable, approved legal content). Wiki edit privileges are granted and revoked on request by the Wiki Sysops who report to the Mapbender PSC. This allows for quick action keeping PSC in full control. New members are nominated, seconded and then need three additional +1 votes by any other contributor to be accepted.
Mapbender Voting Members
The Mapbender PSC is voted by all Contributing Members who have added the [[Category:Voting Member]] #1 to their user page.
Mapbender Wiki Sysops
Wiki Sysops are appointed by the PSC.

- Mapbender Code Repository commit access is granted by the developer community and managed through the developer Mailing List.
