Before you can start to work with any software and system you will have to learn to use it. This is a very basic truth that applies to Free Software, Open Source and proprietary software without any difference.

Workshops

Additionally to the standard training it will be useful to the more experienced user to attend to or organize workshops that focus on a special topic. The difference to a standard training is that the participants often already possess special skills and need very specific additional knowledge to get on.

Roadshows

Roadshows address a broader audience and focus on especially "hot" topics and new issues. They can be planned and conducted on short notice and usually involve varied interpretations from different points of view.
